  • Functional defects or issues (i.e. malfunctioning touch screen, defective mic or speaker, etc)
  • Missing or defective buttons (power, home, touch ID, ringer, mute, back, and/or volume, etc)
  • Faulty speaker, earpiece, mic, WiFi, and/or touchscreen
  • Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.)
  • Bad ESN or IMEI and is not clear for activation by a new user.  We do not accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen.

  • Powers on, holds a charge, and is able to make calls
  • Screen and body are free of any cracks, chips, or deep scratches
  • LCD screen is free of any blemishes or discoloration such as bruising, dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in
  • All buttons and features are fully functional
  • Clear ESN or IMEI for activation by a new user
  • Please Note: Any device reported as lost or stolen, locked with an Activation Lock or Find My Mobile service, or attached to an MDM / DEP / or IT Policy is not eligible for trade-in.
Your device is in this condition if ALL of the following are true:
  • 100% Functional & brand new in a sealed box
  • Plastic film must be still be present on the device
  • All original accessories that come with a brand new device must be present
  • ZERO Scratches and/or flaws. Phone must never have been taken out of the box.
